Return Policy

Sweeties Miracle inspires to deliver pure perfection naturally in every product that we make.  If you are not satisfied with your product we ask that you email us and tell us about your dissatisfaction.  Due to the handmade creation of our natural products all refunds and credits will be processed in the form of an electronic gift card that can be redeemed online and in-store.  Sweeties Miracle electronic-gift cards last for 1 year.  Applies to Sweeties Miracle products only.
All returns for our store credit electronic gift card will require a return authorization number (RA) following a return address which can be obtained by email.  Submit your request to Mamaqueen@SweetiesMiracle.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

DAMAGED ITEM

No worries we got you covered.  We  will always address and rectify any issue diligently and effectively in a timely manner to get you a new package sent out to you.  We request that the damaged item or items be left unopened and unused and in its original retail packaging.  As proof of damage upon arrival.  We ask that you email us pictures of the damage, your order # and your shipping address.  Our customer service team is always here to provide a  professional email or phone atmosphere to help resolve any concern that you might have.  

Shipping charges are not refundable or credited.  All returns must have an original receipt if purchased in-store or a RA# if purchased online through SweetiesMiracle.com Please allow up to 48 hours for a RA to be generated or an email response to be received.  The credit for your returned item or items cannot be exchanged for cash.

Customer Neglect of products voids the credit/exchange policy 

Examples and are not limited to:

Failure to receive your delivery from mailbox or post office.  Improper care of the product after delivery .  Failure to provide the correct shipping address.

Example: If you live in a rural, small city, or upcoming new development ,receive mail at a post office annex location and the wrong city name is provided preventing delivery causing the package to be returned.
